Delivery Times
- -> Next day and expedited shipping are available with in-stock bands without printing
- -> 2-3 days shipping for printed in-stock tyvek wristbands
- -> 14-21 days tyvek orders over 10,000 with custom printing
- -> 14-21 days plastic, vinyl and sureimage bands with custom printing
- -> 8-10 days fabric and silicone bands with custom printing
Shortage Errors
Notification of any shortage or incorrect shipments must be directed to db promotions within ten (10) days.
Returned Goods
To ask for a return, please contact Customer Care on (02) 9638 2100.
Any custom printed product is not returnable.
Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition.
Authorised returns must be received by db promotions within 10 working days from the date of issuance.
